Design standards and patterns for the management of healthcare worker (or healthcare provider) identity, location and service relationship information, including address book and lookup functionality for internal and external communication.

Locations include, but are not limited to, health service locations, mail and parcel delivery locations, stock rooms, etc.

DWG Establishment

The establishment of the first 12 Design Working Groups (DWGs) marks an important milestone in the Bluegum Health Transformation. Membership for these DWGs is close to finalisation, and initial members will meet with Design Facilitators for the first time in February 2026. This first session will support shared understanding, clarify scope, and set the foundations for collaborative design work ahead.
