  • the design of indicators of the current logistics status of the patient in relevant on-screen locations
  • "unusual" causes of patient movement such as death or Discharged Against Medical Advice (DAMA)
  • clinical transitions of care support
  • patient wayfinding support
  • management of death, deceased patients on arrival, coronial death reporting.

DWG Establishment

The establishment of the first 12 Design Working Groups (DWGs) marks an important milestone in the Bluegum Health Transformation. Membership for these DWGs is close to finalisation, and initial members will meet with Design Facilitators for the first time in February 2026. This first session will support shared understanding, clarify scope, and set the foundations for collaborative design work ahead.
