Workflows relating to the funding of care for the patient.

Areas of focus include:

  • patient registration data elements and administrative tasks that ensure the service provided during an episode of care is documented and reported appropriately for activity and billing purposes. This includes support of Australian requirements for billing or other funding arrangements.

DWG Establishment

DWG Establishment

The establishment of the first 12 Design Working Groups (DWGs) marks an important milestone in the Bluegum Health Transformation. Membership for these DWGs is close to finalisation, and initial members will meet with Design Facilitators for the first time in February 2026. This first session will support shared understanding, clarify scope, and set the foundations for collaborative design work ahead.
